Low manipulation styles such as cornrows, flat twists, and mini twists are a great way to aid growth. Now, this is not to say your hair will grow faster in these styles than other. But using LMS will reduces the amount of times you touch your hair less which allows for uninterrupted hair growth. It is critical to avoid braiding your hair too tight. Tight protective styles will cause stress to your scalp and hair loss when undoing the styles.
